Role

The Partner Integration Manager acts as a bridge between Content Partners, internal launch teams, and external Fulfillment Partners. The role fulfills cross‑functional responsibilities across Product (New Content Experiences, Product Merchandising, Engineering) to enable new delivery and ingestion pathways and support partner discussions and Netflix delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Content Partner education on Netflix’s Direct Delivery systems and pre‑assessment deliverables
  • Support local leaders navigating local partner relationships when direct delivery is involved
  • Lead pre‑assessment execution and project manage all internal contributing teams
  • Serve as main point of contact and client for media processing vendors (NPFP) on assigned deals
  • Represent vendor and partner media processing needs in internal working groups
  • Review error code occurrences and issue discovery data for new content types to drive proactive delivery adjustments
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on technical delivery details, specifications, and expectations
  • Work with the Partnerships VIS team to develop KPIs for direct delivery and partner interventions measuring speed, effectiveness, and quality
