Job summary

Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Program Manager for Amazon Flex New Business to own development of new opportunities within the Flex network. You will coordinate with finance, marketing, data science, and operations to drive strategy and launches.

The role requires 3+ years in program management, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong data-driven approach. Excellent English skills are essential for global alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required across many roles.
• 3+ years in program or project management with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years driving process improvements with data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge for reporting and analysis.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on strategic initiatives.
• Support new product launches and leverage Flex as a last mile solution.
• Make trade-offs and align leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities.
