Job summary

Amazon Mexico is seeking a Delivery Station Manager to lead an hourly team and oversee safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery metrics at a delivery station. You will collaborate with safety, engineering, HR and other teams to meet business objectives and drive continuous improvements in cost and service levels.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 2+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Create balance between 'Work hard' and 'Have fun' with associates under scope.
• Internal audits execution to accomplish business goals.
• Support process improvement activities for inefficiencies or new functions.
• Develop, document, deploy and monitor key business processes for AMZL Mexico.
• Follow up on KPIs of operations within the delivery station and improve workflows.
• Promote organizational change and drive cost focus.
• Measure drivers’ performance and customer experience through process mapping.
