Vbhi is seeking a Program Manager in the Netherlands to oversee the quality, results, and progress of project management across a range of projects—from short refits to multi-year builds. You will structure processes, lead project managers and technical leaders, and assemble teams with external specialists when needed.

You will ensure deadlines, budgets, and legal requirements are met, deliver monthly reports, and drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience as a program manager.
• PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Strong communicator with English proficiency.
• Focus on continuous improvement within processes.
• Willing to show leadership and take initiative.

As a Program Manager, you will oversee the quality, results, and progress of project management. You provide structure to ensure the optimal execution of projects and continuously work on optimizing the associated processes. The types of projects within your responsibility vary, ranging from refit projects lasting 2 to 3 months to large new-build projects that can take up to 4 years.

• You have experience as a program manager.
• PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
