Uniekaas zoekt een gemotiveerde productiemedewerker voor onze productieafdeling in Kaatsheuvel. Je werkt aan de productiélijn en zorgt voor nauwkeurige verpakking van kazen in een divers team, met aandacht voor hygiëne en veiligheid.

Je werkt minimaal 24 uur per week in ploegen, krijgt een bruto uurloon van €16,31 en profiteert van toeslagen en 8% vakantiegeld. Er is een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast, evenals opleidingskansen en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Shifts: minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar.
• Beheerst Dutch of English, leesvaardigheid inbegrepen.
• Fysiek in staat om staand werk en tillen uit te voeren.
• Naleving van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
• Open voor interne certificeringen.

Responsibilities

• Werk aan de productielijn: snijden, tillen, verpakken en kaasproducten verpakken.
• Zorg voor netheid: volg hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
• Effectieve samenwerking: communiceer met collega's in een diverse team.
• Aanpassen aan ploegendiensten: minimaal 24 uur per week, avond/nachts.
• Ontwikkel vaardigheden via interne trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

What You Will Do:

• Work on the production line: cutting, lifting, packing, and packaging cheese products.
• Maintain cleanliness: follow hygiene and safety regulations to ensure a safe workspace.
• Collaborate effectively: communicate and work closely with colleagues in a diverse team.
• Adapt to shift work: be available for at least 24 hours per week, including evening and night shifts.
• Develop your skills: take advantage of internal training and growth opportunities, such as advancing to a bandlaider role or exploring other departments.
