Job summary

Uniekaas zoekt een gemotiveerde productiemedewerker voor verpakken. Je werkt op de productielijn, waar nauwkeurig verpakkingswerk centraal staat, en je draagt bij aan een schone, veilige productieomgeving.

Je werkt in ploegen (minimaal 24 uur per week), met mogelijkheden tot interne trainingen en doorgroei naar functies zoals teamleider. Het salaris ligt rond het minimum en er zijn aantrekkelijke toeslagen en reiskosten.

Qualifications

• Vluchtige beschrijving van de vereisten: werkt in ploegen (minimaal 24 uur per week).
• Vereiste beheersing van het Nederlands of Engels, inclusief leesvaardigheid.

Responsibilities

• Werk op de productielijn: snijden, tillen, verpakken en verpakkingswerkzaamheden.
• Onderhoud van een schone werkplek en naleving van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
• Samenwerken met collega's in een diverse team om operaties vlot te laten verlopen.
• In shifts werken met beschikbaarheid voor minimaal 24 uur per week, inclusief avonden/nacht.

As a productiemedewerker verpakken at Uniekaas, you will play an important role in ensuring our high-quality cheese products are processed and packaged according to strict hygiene and safety standards. Working in a dynamic, multicultural team, you’ll contribute to a smooth production process while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position requires physical activity, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow within the company.

What You Will Do

• Work on the production line: cutting, lifting, packing, and packaging cheese products efficiently.
• Maintain a clean workspace: adhere to hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues: communicate effectively in a diverse team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Work in shifts: be available for at least 24 hours per week, including evening and night shifts.
• Invest in your growth: take advantage of internal training opportunities and aim for potential career progression, such as becoming a bandleider or exploring other departments.
