Job summary

Uniekaas in Kaatsheuvel zoekt een gemotiveerde productiemedewerker voor verpakken en voorbereidend werk op de kaasproductielijn. De rol vereist fysieke activiteit en nauwkeurigheid, met mogelijkheden voor interne training en doorstroom naar andere afdelingen.

Het werk is in ploegendienst met 24+ uur per week, inclusief avonden en nachten. Het bedrijf biedt een marktconform uurloon en opleidingskansen, plus een pad naar langere dienstverbanden.

As a productiemedewerker verpakken at Uniekaas, you will play an important role in ensuring our high-quality cheese products are processed and packaged according to strict hygiene and safety standards. What You Will Do:

• Work on the production line: cutting, lifting, packing, and packaging cheese products efficiently.
• Maintain a clean workspace: adhere to hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues: communicate effectively in a diverse team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Work in shifts: be available for at least 24 hours per week, including evening and night shifts.
• Invest in your growth: take advantage of internal training opportunities and aim for potential career progression, such as becoming a bandleider or exploring other departments.
