Job summary

Mauser zoekt een productie medewerker in Oosterhout die plastic vaten afwerkt en inspecteert. Je werkt samen met collega's aan een veilige en efficiënte productie, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en hygiëne.

Het werk kent wisselende diensten (ochtend/middag/nacht) en een tijdelijk contract met kans op vast dienstverband; beloning: €16,82 per uur met 28% ploegtoeslag, 24 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantietoeslag en 3% eindejaarsuitkering.

Qualifications

• Fysiek fit om in een druk productieomgeving te werken.
• Teamspeler die goed samenwerkt met collega's.
• Beheersing van Nederlands en Engels op minimaal B1-niveau.
• Ervaring in productie is een pluspunt.

Responsibilities

• Afwerken van plastic drums door hoes en deksels vast te zetten.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op eindproducten.
• Vaten verplaatsen en stapelen met hulpmiddelen.
• Werkplek schoon en veilig houden en opruimen.
• Werken in wisselende diensten volgens dienstrooster.

Wat je gaat doen

As a production worker, you will be responsible for finishing plastic drums and ensuring that the finished products meet the required quality standards. You will work together with your colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly and safely.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Finishing: tightening caps and lids on plastic drums to ensure they are securely sealed.
• Inspecting: performing quality checks to ensure all products meet the required standards.
• Stacking: moving and stacking drums using provided tools and equipment.
• Maintaining: supporting a clean and safe workspace through regular tidying and cleaning tasks.
• Adapting: working in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) based on a fixed schedule.
