Job summary

AXIS Career is seeking a production worker to finish plastic drums and ensure products meet quality standards. You will collaborate with colleagues to keep production running smoothly and safely, performing tasks from finishing to quality inspection and stacking.

Responsibilities include tightening caps, performing checks, and maintaining a clean workspace. The role involves rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night) and requires physical fitness and reliability for weekly schedules in the Mauser

Qualifications

• Physically fit for a dynamic production setting.
• Fluent to B1 level in Dutch and/or English.
• Able to work as part of a team in rotating shifts.

Job description

As a production worker, you will be responsible for finishing plastic drums and ensuring that the finished products meet the required quality standards. You will work together with your colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly and safely.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Finishing: tightening caps and lids on plastic drums to ensure they are securely sealed.
• Inspecting: performing quality checks to ensure all products meet the required standards.
• Stacking: moving and stacking drums using provided tools and equipment.
• Maintaining: supporting a clean and safe workspace through regular tidying and cleaning tasks.
• Adapting: working in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) based on a fixed schedule.

We are looking for a proactive and physically fit team player who thrives in a dynamic production environment.

• Physically fit and comfortable with a fast-paced work tempo
• Available for rotating shifts on a weekly schedule
• Capable of independently commuting to Mauser in Oosterhout
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English at a minimum B1 level
• Experience in a production environment is a plus
