Job summary

Mauser in Oosterhout zoekt een gemotiveerde productiemedewerker voor onze IBC-afdeling. Je werkt hands-on aan het assembleren en afwerken van industriële containers, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en ondersteunt collega’s in een 5-ploegendienst.

Je werkt in een veilige, schone en moderne omgeving met trainingen, reiskostenvergoeding en een tijdelijke aanstelling met kans op een vaste aanstelling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mentaliteit en proactieve aanpak van taken.
• Fysiek geschikt voor veeleisende productiewerkzaamheden.
• Bereid om te leren en nieuwe verantwoordelijkheden op zich te nemen.
• Gestructureerd 5-ploegendienst rooster volgen.
• Goede communicatie in Nederlands en/of Engels (minimaal niveau B1).

Responsibilities

• Assembleren: staalpallets en frames voor industriële containers.
• Afwerken: metalen onderdelen voor productie gereedmaken.
• Controleren: producten van de machines op kwaliteit.
• Storingen oplossen: kleine problemen en collega’s ondersteunen.
• Veilig en schoon werken in het toegewezen gebied.

Your role as a production employee in our IBC department includes working hands-on to create industrial containers that meet the needs of our customers. You will be part of a 5-shift rotation, ensuring smooth production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys practical work, has a proactive mindset, and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

What You Will Do:

• assemble: steel pallets and frames to support industrial containers
• finish: metal parts to prepare them for production
• inspect: products coming off the machines to ensure they meet quality standards
• troubleshoot: minor issues and assist colleagues with production tasks
• maintain: a clean and safe working environment in your designated area
