Job summary

FrieslandCampina Leerdam zoekt operators in een 3-ploegendienst om kaas te verwerken, verpakken en controleren. Je ondersteunt het productieproces en leert stap voor stap de machines bedienen.

Qualifications

• Engels beheersen.
• Geen minimale opleiding vereist.
• Motivatie om vak te leren en te groeien in productie.

• Bereid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken.

Responsibilities

• Ondersteunen van diverse activiteiten in het productieproces.
• Verwerken, verpakken en controleren van kazen.
• Helpen bij het snijden van kaas voor verdere verwerking en verzending.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en afwijkingen signaleren.
• Ondersteunen van de bediening van productiemachines en stap voor stap meer leren.
• Werkplek schoonhouden en volgens veiligheids- en hygiëlerichtlijnen werken.

Wat je gaat doen

• Support various activities within the production process.
• Process, package and inspect different types of cheese.
• Help cut cheese for further processing and shipment.
• Carry out quality checks and identify any deviations.
• Support the operation of production machines and gradually learn more about the process.
• Keep your workplace clean and work according to safety, hygiene and quality regulations.

Wat we je bieden

• A starting salary of €3,050 gross per month, plus a shift allowance of up to 25%.
• A full-time position working in a 3-shift system.
• Extensive onboarding and good guidance from day one.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre.
• Pension scheme and employment conditions in accordance with the FrieslandCampina collective labour agreement (CAO).
