Job summary

FrieslandCampina in Leerdam zoekt een nauwkeurige teamspeler voor productie en verpakking van kaas, met werktijden in 3 ploegen. Je werkt 24 tot 40 uur per week en leert processen snel kennen.

Het loon begint bij €16,25 bruto per uur, met reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en een potentieel vast dienstverband.

Start People verzorgt een duidelijke onboarding en mogelijkheden tot doorgroeien naar operator-functies, met parkeervoorzieningen en een prettige werksfeer.

Qualifications

• Minimaal VMBO-opleiding of vergelijkbare werkervaring.
• Beschikbaarheid voor minstens 24 uur per week.
• Bereid om in 3-ploegendienst te werken.
• Ervaring in productie is een pré, maar geen vereiste.
• Nauwkeurig, flexibel en goed samen kunnen werken.

Responsibilities

• Package: kaasproducten zorgvuldig voorbereiden voor distributie.
• Bedienen van machines voor kaasಿಸneden.
• Visuele kwaliteitscontrole uitvoeren op productvoorwaarden.
• Tijdens de dienst schakelen tussen taken voor variatie.
