Job summary

Start People in Leerdam zoekt detailgerichte medewerkers voor een productieomgeving. Je verpakt kaasproducten zorgvuldig, bedient snijmachines en voert visuele kwaliteitscontroles uit, met afwisselende taken tijdens de dienst.

Het salaris begint bij €16,25 per uur, voor 24–40 uur per week in 3 ploegen, met reiskostenvergoeding en 8% vakantie-uitkering plus eindejaarsbonus. Het contract is tijdelijk met uitzicht op vast dienstverband; groei naar (assistent) operator-functies is mogelijk.

Qualifications

• Minimale VMBO-opleiding of gelijkwaardige werkervaring.
• Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken.
• Beschikbaar voor minimaal 24 uur per week.
• Ervaring in productie is een plus, maar niet vereist.
• Nauwkeurig, flexibel en goed kunnen samenwerken.

Responsibilities

• Verpakken: kaasproducten zorgvuldig voorbereiden voor distributie.
• Bedienen: machines gebruiken om kazen efficiënt te snijden.
• Controleren: visuele kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren.
• Wisselen van taken tijdens de dienst om het werk afwisselend te houden.
• Samenwerken: ideeën delen met collega's en teamleiders om planning en processen te verbeteren.
