Job summary

Doen Wij in Baarlo is seeking a production worker to help produce rubber tiles for playgrounds and gyms. This is a hands-on role in a small team on two shifts.

The job includes operating machines, lifting and moving products, and handling rubber materials. It is physical work, not an office job, with a direct contract and no agency involvement. Shift hours are 06:00-14:30 and 14:00-22:30; weekends are free.

€3108 per month including shift allowance

Direct contract. No agency work.

For a small production company in Baarlo we are looking for a production worker who likes to stay active and work with their hands.

You will help produce rubber tiles that are used for playgrounds and gyms.

This is not a huge factory with hundreds of workers.

You work in a small team with only 3 people per shift.

What you get

• €2800 gross per month
• 11% shift allowance
• Around €3108 gross per month in total
