Bostik in Giessen is seeking a motivated Production Operator to join our 2-shift production team. You will produce adhesives and sealants according to recipes, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Job description

Are you looking for a stable production job with an excellent salary € 21.56 per hour and the prospect of a permanent contract? For Bostik in Giessen, we are looking for motivated Production Operators to work in a 2-shift system.

What are you going to do?

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality sealant and adhesive products. You will work according to established recipes, similar to carefully following a baking recipe. Your goal is to ensure that all products meet the required quality and safety standards.

Your duties will include:

• Independently producing adhesives and sealants according to recipes
• Performing quality inspections and checks
• Recording production data and completing administrative tasks
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized in accordance with company guidelines
• Carrying out minor machine maintenance tasks
• Following all safety regulations and company procedures
• Ensuring a smooth handover of work to colleagues during shift changes

This is a physically active position.

You will work full-time in a 2-shift system:

Morning Shift - 06:00 -14.30

Afternoon/Evening Shift - 14:30 - 23:00
