Adecco Portugal is seeking a hands-on Production Worker for a two-shift role near Venray, Netherlands. You will assemble construction components, follow drawings, and operate production equipment as part of a motivated team.

No prior experience is required; motivation and a good work ethic are valued. You must be able to work in a 2-shift schedule and speak Dutch, English, or German. A supportive environment with training is offered.

What are you going to do?

As a production worker, you will work in a 2-shift schedule at a production company near Venray. Together with your colleagues, you help manufacture high-quality construction products and keep the production process running efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling and producing construction components
• Following technical drawings and work instructions
• Operating production equipment and tools
• Moving materials within the production area
• Checking product quality and measurements
• Supporting different production activities
• Maintaining a safe and tidy workplace

This is a hands-on role where you work with machines, tools, and production equipment on a daily basis.
