Job summary

Rockwool Roermond zoekt een Production Worker die samen met het team de productie veilig en efficiënt laat verlopen, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en netheid.

Je werkt 16–40 uur per week in roterende diensten, inclusief weekenden, en volgt interne trainingen. Start People biedt gelijke beloning, een moderne werkomgeving en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaar om in roterende diensten te werken, inclusief weekenden.
• Spreekt Nederlands; Engels of Duits wordt als voordeel beschouwd.
• Bereid interne trainingen en certificeringen te voltooien.
• Beschikbaar om tot 40 uur per week te werken.

Responsibilities

• Inspecteren van producten op kwaliteit en specificaties;
• Verplaatsen van grondstoffen en eindproducten met een heftruck of palletwagen;
• Machines en productieapparatuur reinigen volgens 5S- en Lean-normen;
• Ondersteunen van verschillende afdelingen binnen het productieproces.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Production Worker at Rockwool, you help keep the production process running safely and efficiently. Together with your team, you ensure that products meet the highest quality standards while working in a clean and well-organized factory. You can work between 16 and 40 hours per week in rotating shifts, including weekends.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting products for quality and specifications;


• Moving raw materials and finished products using a forklift or pallet truck;


• Cleaning machines and production equipment according to 5S and Lean standards;


• Supporting different departments within the production process.
