Job summary

Rockwool in Roermond zoekt een productiemedewerker voor de productie van duurzame steenwol. Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Je werkt 16–40 uur per week in rouleerende diensten, ook in het weekend.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Factory Worker at Rockwool, you play an important role in the production of sustainable stone wool products used around the world. You will work in a modern production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are key. Every day is different as you support various parts of the production process. You can work between 16 and 40 hours per week in rotating shifts, including weekends.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting products for quality and specifications;
• Transporting raw materials and finished products using a forklift or pallet truck;
• Cleaning machines and equipment according to 5S and Lean guidelines;
• Supporting different stages of the production process.
