Job summary

Uitzendbureau Nijmegen zoekt een Production Worker die met aluminium en staal werkt aan diverse producten voor flexibele ruimtes, zoals beweegbare scheidingswanden, ophangsystemen en rolsystemen. Je leert het vak stap voor stap onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's.

Na verloop van tijd groei je uit tot een zelfstandige werknemer met een brede technische bagage. Het gaat om een tijdelijke aanstelling met uitzicht op vast werk, een maandelijks salaris tussen 2.500 en 2.800 euro, een 36–38-urige

Qualifications

• Belangrijkste is interesse in technologie en leergierigheid.
• Nauwkeurig werken en hoge kwaliteit leveren.
• Technisch inzicht en comfortabel met gereedschap.
• Gemotiveerd om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren.
• Goed samenwerken met collega's.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands (spreken en schrijven).
• Technische MBO-opleiding is een voordeel, maar geen vereiste.
• Ervaring in metaalbewerking/assemblage/ productie is een voordeel.
• Technische tekeningen lezen? We leren het indien nodig.

Responsibilities

• Zelfstandig assembleren van componenten.
• Werken met aluminium en staal.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Production Worker, you will work with aluminium and steel to manufacture a range of products for flexible spaces, including movable partition walls, suspended systems, and roller systems. You will work alongside experienced colleagues who will teach you the trade and gradually give you more responsibility.

Over time, you will develop into an independent Production Worker with a broad technical skill set.

You will contribute to the production and assembly of various technical systems used in locations such as schools and VIP boxes in football stadiums. Your work will be varied, involving different materials, tools, and tasks rather than repeating the same operation all day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling components.
• Processing and working with aluminium and steel.
• Cutting, drilling, and grinding metal components.
• Assembling and finishing various parts.
• Checking your work for quality and accuracy.
• Maintaining your tools and keeping your workspace tidy.
• Working with colleagues to ensure every product is finished properly and meets the required quality standards.

You do not need to know how to do everything from the start. You will receive proper training and learn the different tasks step by step.

• You have technical insight and are comfortable using tools.
• You are motivated to learn new skills and tasks.
• You work well with colleagues.
• You have a good command of spoken and written Dutch.
• A technical MBO qualification is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Experience in metalworking, assembly, or production is an advantage, but you can also start without it.
• Can you already read technical drawings? Great! If not, we will teach you.
