If unexpected quality issues arise, you take immediate action to resolve them as quickly as possible both short-term and structurally. By performing analyses, for example using the 8D methodology, you identify the root cause. Based on your findings, you ensure that processes are adjusted and improved to prevent recurrence.

Root cause analyses are often carried out within an improvement team that you lead or support.

This is what we offer you

We offer a challenging role in a dynamic and professional production environment. You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the further development and profitability of Neways Electronics.

You will join a driven and collegial work environment with plenty of room for initiative and personal development.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer attractive secondary benefits, such as:

  • 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days.
  • Flexible start and end times.
  • Training opportunities, for example through an extensive e-learning platform.
  • A bicycle plan.
This is what you bring to the Team

You easily connect with people and excel at building and maintaining relationships. You are driven, decisive, accurate, and have a strong personality. You are also an enthusiastic team player.

Additionally, you bring:

  • A completed technical bachelor’s degree, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role, preferably in a high‑tech production environment (e.g., automotive).
  • Strong communication skills and a hands‑on, quality‑focused mindset.
  • An initiative‑driven, proactive, critical, and solution‑oriented attitude.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of management systems such as ISO 14001 and/or IATF 16949. Experience with PPAP and FMEA is an advantage.
Your daily responsibilities include

In this role, you work closely with various departments, such as Engineering, Procurement, and Sales. You also have frequent contact with other Quality Engineers (Supplier Quality and Customer Quality) as well as Process and Test Engineers.

You collaborate daily with the team responsible for operational production management. You report directly to the Manager Quality | Environment | Safety | Health (QESH).

Your responsibilities include, among others:
  • Monitoring quality standards and procedures; you are the key quality guardian within production.
