Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 监控生产过程，沟通跨职能部门，确保合规。
• 在线质量管理并制定相关程序应对新问题。
• 与计划、生产、包装等部门协同解决问题。
• 评估问题对成品的影响，参与决策。
• 承担其他质量保证职责。
• 执行外部文件评估。
• 在线监控车间GMP，推动改进。
• 独立观察并使用RCA/5WHY等工具解决问题。
• 对新员工进行培训。
• 进行内部批记录审核与放行协调。
• 完成上级临时交办的其他任务。
