Qualifications

• Knowledge of cGMP and GFSI standards.
• Knowledge of the physical properties of (blending) powders.
• Knowledge of microbiology.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with a pragmatic approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify technological needs and opportunities for production process improvement.
• Act as a troubleshooter for technical issues in the factory.
• Collaborate on scaling up new products from prototype to commercial production.
• Prepare technical reports and SOPs, translating optimisations into clear instructions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Implement improvement proposals.
• Initiate, plan, and lead projects.
