Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking a Production Planner to ensure smooth and optimized production across multiple facilities. You will secure materials, monitor progress, and coordinate with Production, Supply Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to maintain timely customer deliveries.

The role requires hands-on, proactive planning with SAP/ERP and OMP experience, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication. Dutch language skills are essential, English preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of planning processes and production flows.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred; OMP experience is a strong advantage.
• Fluent Dutch; English preferred.
• Willingness to participate in on-call services outside regular hours; HBO education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and optimize production plans across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate material flows, inventory, production orders, and shipments.
• Collaborate with Production Managers, Supply Planners, Warehouse, and Transport Planners.
• Manage planning data using OMP and SAP/ERP systems.
• Monitor stock levels, material availability, and supplier deliveries.
• Communicate planning changes clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop practical improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process.
