Job summary

Rotork is seeking a Production Planner to join the Supply Chain team in Losser on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. The role focuses on releasing and planning production orders to ensure a stable shopfloor and on-time delivery (OTD) to customers.

You will act as a key link between Production and several internal departments, including Sales, Contracts, Engineering and Purchasing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or similar.
• Experience or strong interest in production planning or manufacturing.
• Comfortable with data and planning tools/ERP systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Structured, hands-on and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Release and manage production orders to align with demand and capacity.
• Plan and prioritise orders to support on-time delivery.
• Coordinate daily with Production, Sales, Contracts, Engineering and Purchasing.
• Monitor production progress and address planning issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate data in the ERP and planning systems.

We are looking for a Production Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Losser on a 9‑month Fixed Term Contract.
The role focuses on releasing and planning production orders to ensure a stable shopfloor and on‑time delivery (OTD) to customers.

You will act as a key link between Production and several internal departments, including Sales, Contracts, Engineering and Purchasing.

Key responsibilities

• Release and manage production orders in line with demand and capacity
• Plan and prioritise orders to support on‑time delivery
• Coordinate daily with Production, Sales, Contracts, Engineering and Purchasing
• Monitor production progress and address planning issues proactively
• Support a steady and efficient shopfloor production flow
• Track and report key supply chain KPIs, including OTD
• Maintain accurate data in the ERP and planning systems

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or similar (or relevant experience)
• Experience or strong interest in production planning or manufacturing
• Comfortable working with data and planning tools / ERP systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Structured, hands‑on and proactive mindset
