Job summary

Carrière Uitzendbureau is seeking a Production Operator to work on modern production lines in the Netherlands. You will operate and set up machines, monitor the manufacturing process, and ensure product quality.

You will perform minor maintenance, record production data, and collaborate with the team while following safety procedures. A long-term, full-time position with good development opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• MBO-level education or equivalent work experience.
• Production experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of operating and setting up machines.
• Accurate and responsible approach to work.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system.
• Willingness to work with the company on a long‑term basis.

Responsibilities

• Operating and setting up production lines.
• Monitoring the production process.
• Checking product quality.
• Performing minor maintenance and resolving simple machine issues.
• Recording production data.
• Communicating information during shift handovers.
• Identifying and reporting deviations and problems.
• Following safety and production procedures.
• Working closely with the production team.
• Contributing to process optimisation.
