Job summary

Kompak Nederland B.V. is looking for a dedicated Filling Line Operator to run production lines efficiently and safely in our Netherlands site. You will operate, configure and maintain filling equipment, perform preventive maintenance and help keep product quality at a high standard.

You will monitor the production process, identify defects, take corrective action, and document key process data in reports. The role operates in 2-3 shifts and reports to the Production Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Experience operating filling lines and packaging equipment.
• Strong focus on product quality and process control.
• Knowledge of safety standards and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Operate, configure and maintain filling equipment on the production line.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Monitor product quality and identify defects, taking corrective action.
• Record key process data and outcomes in production reports.
• Work within 2-3 shift system and report to the Production Team Leader.
