Aalberts in Hilversum zoekt een enthousiaste Production Operator die zorgt voor een veilige en efficiënte productie. Je stuurt en past machines aan, bewaakt het proces en neemt bij afwijkingen snel actie.

Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst met aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling, een vast contract en een professionele, collegiale werkomgeving.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als productiearbeider, machine-operator of operator.
• Technische interesse of technische achtergrond.
• Hands-on, praktische houding.
• Goede aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
• Bereid om fulltime in een 3-ploegendienst te werken.
• Voldoende Nederlands om veiligheidsinstructies te begrijpen.
• Eigen vervoer naar Hilversum.

Responsibilities

• Instellen, bedienen en omstellen van productiemachines.
• Toezicht houden op het productieproces en productkwaliteit.
• Kwaliteitscontroles en metingen uitvoeren.
• Kleine storingen herkennen en oplossen.
• Basis onderhoud uitvoeren.
• Veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en productieprocedures volgen.
• Werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden.
• Samenwerken met collega's om productie-doelstellingen te halen.
• Meedenken over procesverbeteringen.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Production Operator, you make sure the production process runs safely, efficiently and according to quality standards. You operate and adjust machinery, monitor the production process and take action when something is not running as it should.

• Setting up, operating and changing over production machines;
• Monitoring the production process and product quality;
• Performing quality checks and measurements;
• Identifying and resolving minor machine malfunctions;
• Carrying out basic first-line maintenance;
• Working according to safety, quality and production procedures;
• Keeping your workplace clean and organised;
• Working together with colleagues to achieve production targets;
• Thinking along about improvements to the production process.

Working hours 3-shifts: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00

Functie-eisen

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with machines and wants to develop further in a technical production environment. You have:

• Experience as a Production Worker, Machine Operator or Production Operator;
• An interest in technology or a technical background;
• A practical and hands-on attitude;
• Good attention to quality and safety;
• The willingness to work full-time in a 3-shift schedule;
• Sufficient Dutch to understand safety instructions and communicate safely on the work floor;
• Your own transport to Hilversum.

Experience in metal production, manufacturing, machine operation or assembly is an advantage.
