Job summary

Aalberts in Hilversum zoekt een allround productiemedewerker om de productie soepel te laten verlopen en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op zich te nemen.

Qualifications

• Hands-on en proactieve houding
• Technische nieuwsgierigheid en bereidheid om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren
• Ervaring met werkzaamheden in productie is een plus, maar niet vereist
• Goede aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
• Bereid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken
• Eigen vervoer naar Hilversum
• Ervaring in productie/metaalbewerking of montage is een voordeel, maar ook zonder ervaring mogelijk

Responsibilities

• Ondersteunen bij het opzetten en bedienen van productiemachines.
• Uitvoeren van basisonderhoud en schoonmaak van machines.
• Producten controleren op kwaliteit en afwijkingen signaleren.
• Helpen bij het oplossen van kleine machineproblemen samen met collega's.
• Volgen van werkinstructies en veiligheidsprocedures.
• Werkplek schoon, veilig en georganiseerd houden.

Wat je gaat doen

As an All-round Production Worker, you help keep the production process running smoothly. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually take on more responsibilities. Your tasks include:

• Supporting the setup and operation of production machines;
• Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery;
• Checking products for quality and identifying deviations;
• Helping to resolve minor machine issues together with your colleagues;
• Following work instructions and safety procedures;
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organised;
• Thinking along about ways to improve quality, safety and efficiency.

You don't have to know everything from day one. You will learn the production process on the job and receive guidance from experienced colleagues.

You will work full-time in a 3-shift schedule:

• Morning: 06:00 - 14:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00
• Night: 22:00 - 06:00

Functie-eisen

We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable and interested in learning more about production and technology. You have:

• A hands-on and proactive attitude;
• Technical curiosity and an interest in learning new skills;
• Experience operating machinery is a plus, but not required;
• Good attention to quality and safety;
• The willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule;
• Sufficient Dutch to understand safety instructions and communicate safely on the work floor;
• Your own transport to Hilversum.

Experience in production, metalworking, assembly or machine operation is an advantage, but we are also open to candidates without direct production experience.
