Job summary

TilburgseBanen is seeking a Production Worker to help keep the production line running smoothly in a modern facility in Tilburg. You will operate production machines, check quality, and prepare products for shipment in a GMP/HACCP environment.

This 5-shift system covers morning, afternoon, and night blocks (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00), averaging 36 hours per week, with four days off after every six working days. Prior experience appreciated, opportunities for growth available.

Qualifications

• Previous production experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a 5-shift system.
• Basic understanding of GMP/HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Keep production machines running and support the production process.
• Check products and monitor quality standards.
• Pack products and prepare them for shipment.
• Work in and outside the cleanroom according to HACCP guidelines.
• Keep your work area clean, safe and organised.
