Job summary

Start People in Tilburg is seeking a production operator for a three-shift system. You will precisely weigh and collect raw materials, follow recipes, and monitor production lines to ensure quality and consistency.

This full-time role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. English or Dutch with B2 level is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or manufacturing.
• Availability to work fulltime in a three-shift schedule.
• Good command of English and/or Dutch with a minimum of B2 level.
• Comfortable with physical work and working with different scents.
• An accurate working style and the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and collect raw materials (up to ±30 per batch) with precision and care.
• Follow recipes and production instructions to ensure product consistency.
• Mix and prepare products according to established guidelines.
• Monitor machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
