Job summary

Cartonplast Group in Spijk, Netherlands is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to own daily operations and lead a motivated team at our production site.

You will ensure ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and ISO 14001 compliance, drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives, oversee maintenance, and manage capacity and resources. A clear career path toward Site Manager awaits in our growing, international company.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and good English required.
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Technical qualification and experience in manufacturing, maintenance or production.
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize daily production operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Oversee machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Manage production capacity, resources, and workflows efficiently.
• Train and support production employees.
• Drive continuous improvement, safety, and productivity initiatives.
• Lead local projects from planning to implementation.
• Represent the site during customer visits and attend occasional international meetings.
