Job summary

Destinus is seeking a production leader to drive manufacturing of advanced aerospace components and UAV assemblies. You will manage a production team of up to 50, implement lean improvements, and ensure schedule adherence and quality.

This role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and cross-functional collaboration across R&D and procurement. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production management in aeronautical contexts, proficiency with CAD/ERP, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production management in aeronautical assemblies, metal fabrication, or machinery manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams of up to 50 people.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent project management skills.

• Proficiency with CAD and ERP software.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

What You´ll Do

• Plan and execute the production line setup within the stipulated time frame.

Requirements

What You´ll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, specifically in aeronautical assemblies, metal fabrication, or machinery manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams of up to 50 people.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CAD, ERP systems).
• English and Spanish proficiency.
