Job summary

Hobij zoekt een Facilities Maintenance Employee die verantwoordelijk is voor technisch onderhoud van accommodaties door heel Nederland. Je rijdt in een bedrijfsauto, gebruikt de juiste gereedschappen en zorgt ervoor dat alles naar behoren functioneert.

Je voert afwisselende onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit, verricht kleine tuin- en buitenonderhoud, werkt samen met collega's en Welcome Officer wanneer extra handen nodig zijn, met aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Qualifications

• HBO/bachelor vereist for preciser maintenance work.
• Veiligheidsbewustzijn en nauwkeurigheid zijn essentieel.
• Bereidheid om te reizen en te rijden in NL.

Responsibilities

• Onderhouden accommodaties en installaties door heel Nederland.

- Veghel - Full-time - 2750 Facilities Maintenance Employee A leaking tap, a door that won't close properly, or a property that still needs some technical maintenance before new residents arrive. As a Facilities Maintenance Employee at Hobij, you ensure that accommodation locations across the Netherlands remain safe, clean, and comfortable. What will you do?

As a Facilities Maintenance Employee, you are responsible for the technical maintenance of accommodation locations across the Netherlands. You'll travel in a company van equipped with all the tools you need to do your job effectively. One day you might be replacing a fixture at a property; the next, you'll be installing, repairing, or maintaining equipment to ensure residents can continue to live safely and comfortably. You'll carry out a wide range of routine maintenance tasks and are also happy to take care of basic gardening and outdoor maintenance. If a job requires an extra pair of hands, you'll work together with a colleague or call on the support of a Welcome Officer. Throughout your work, you remain focused on safety, quality, and identifying potential risks. Thanks to your technical skills and sense of responsibility, Hobij's accommodation locations remain in excellent condition.
