Job summary

Uitzendbureau in Deurne zoekt gemotiveerde productiemedewerkers voor een familiebedrijf in de voedingssector. Je werkt mee met het inpakken en inspecteren van sauzen, marinades en dressings en zorgt voor kwaliteit en hygiëne.

Je werkt in een vriendelijke, gemakkelijke werkomgeving met internationale collega’s en krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding bij het inwerken. De functie is fulltime (40 uur) met 2-ploegendienst en een informele sfeer.

Qualifications

• Fysiek fit en hands-on in een snelle productieomgeving.
• Ervaring in voedselproductie en hygiëne.
• Engels spreken, teamspeler en bereid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken.

Responsibilities

• Controleer producten en verpakking op kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid.
• Houd de productielijnen schoon en georganiseerd en werk samen voor een vlot productieproces.
• Verpak en bereid sauzen, marinades en dressings voor distributie.

You will help pack and inspect sauces, marinades and dressings, ensuring every product meets quality standards. You will work alongside international colleagues, keep production lines clean and help everything run smoothly.

• You speak English, work well in a team, and are willing to work in a rotating 2-shift schedule

• You will check products and packaging to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards
• You will keep the production lines clean and organized while working with your colleagues to ensure a smooth production process
• You will pack and prepare sauces, marinades, and dressings, making sure everything is ready for distribution

Wat wij bieden

• A starting salary of €2,964 gross per month including a 14% shift allowance plus additional overtime and weekend bonuses
• 40 days off per year, including 25 vacation days and 15 additional ADV days, plus travel allowance and a pension scheme
