Job summary

Uitzendbureau in Deurne zoekt een Cooking Operator om sauzen, marinades en dressings te maken volgens recepten. Je werkt in een groeiend familiebedrijf met een productieomgeving waar teamwork en kwaliteit centraal staan.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor schoonhouden, hygiëne en kwaliteitscontrole, bedient de kookketel, volgt procedures en voert metingen uit om de productkwaliteit te waarborgen. Het aanbod betreft een fulltime functie met aantrekkelijke verlof- en reiskostenregelingen.

Responsibilities

As a Cooking Operator you prepare sauces, marinades and dressings using different recipes. You operate your own cooking kettle, mix ingredients, monitor quality and ensure everything runs smoothly. You also perform quality checks and keep your equipment clean.

• You are a reliable team player, stay calm under pressure and are flexible to work in rotating shifts
• You are physically fit, hands-on and comfortable taking responsibility in a busy production environment
• You have experience in food production and can follow recipes, instructions and quality standards accurately

Wat jij gaat doen

• You will keep your equipment clean, maintain hygiene standards and work with colleagues to ensure smooth production
• You will operate your own cooking kettle, monitor the production process and check product quality through measurements and sampling
• You will prepare, mix and cook sauces, marinades and dressings by carefully following different recipes

Ons team

You will join a friendly, family-owned food production company in Deurne, working alongside colleagues from different nationalities. Your workplace has five cooking kettles, and you will be responsible for your own production process. The atmosphere is informal, teamwork is important, and new employees receive personal training and support. You will work in an active environment where quality, safety and cooperation come first.

Wat wij bieden

• A monthly salary of €2.950 - €3.500 per month
• 40 days off per year, including 25 vacation days and 15 ADV days, plus travel allowance and a pension scheme
