Job summary

Uitzendbureau Deurne zoekt een Filling Operator bij een familiebedrijf in Deurne. Je bedient en stelt machines in voor het vullen en verpakken van sauzen, dressings en marinades, bewaakt productkwaliteit en verhelpt kleine technische storingen.

Je werkt in een informele, hechte ploeg en houdt rekening met hygiëne. Het team bestaat uit 2-3 operators; het salaris ligt tussen €2.950 en €3.500 per maand, inclusief 14% ploegentoeslag en extra overuren & weekendbonussen.

Qualifications

• Voldoende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands.
• Ervaring in voedselproductie en technische kennis van bedienen/afregelen van productielijnen.
• Nauwkeurigheid, hygiëne en kalm werken in een drukke productieomgeving.

Responsibilities

• Wijzigen van productielijnen tussen orders en hygiëne waarborgen.
• Kwaliteitscontrole, instellingen controleren en kleine technische storingen oplossen.
• Opzetten, bedienen en afstellen van vullmachines voor sauzen, dressings en marinades in verschillende verpakkingen.

• You are a flexible team player, take responsibility for your work, and can communicate in Dutch
• You have experience in food production and technical knowledge of operating and adjusting production machines

Wat jij gaat doen

• You will change production lines between orders, maintain hygiene standards and work closely with colleagues to meet production targets
• You will monitor product quality, check machine settings and solve minor technical issues to keep production running smoothly
• You will set up, operate and adjust filling machines to package sauces, dressings and marinades in different types of containers

You will join a friendly, family-owned food production company in Deurne, working in a small team of 2-3 operators. Your workplace includes different production areas with filling lines for bottles, jars, buckets and pouches. The atmosphere is informal, colleagues support each other, and teamwork is important. Wat wij bieden

• A monthly salary of €2.950 to €3.500 including a 14% shift allowance plus additional overtime and weekend bonuses
• 40 days off per year, including 25 vacation days and 15 ADV days plus travel allowance and a pension scheme
