Lode Holding is a dynamic international company that develops and manufactures high-quality medical equipment. As a Production & Assembly Technician, you will build and assemble devices used worldwide in hospitals and labs, following exact drawings and quality procedures.

The role mixes mechanical and electrical work with hands-on testing and process improvements. You will join a dedicated team in Groningen, contributing to diverse configurations and customer variants while upholding

Would you like to build high-quality medical equipment step by step? At Lode, you will help manufacture products that are used worldwide in hospitals, rehabilitation centres and sports laboratories. To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a new Production & Assembly Technician .

What will you do?

As a Production & Assembly Technician, you will contribute to the assembly of our medical equipment. You will assemble mechanical and electrical components into complete end products, following technical drawings, workinstructionsand quality procedures.

You will work with a wide variety of components, including frames, drive systems, motors,electronicsand displays. Since our products are available in many different configurations and customer-specific variants,no twodays are the same. This makes your work varied and requires accuracy, technicalinsightand attention to detail.

Your responsibilities include:

• Installing mechanical,electricaland electronic components
• Reading and following technical drawings, bills of materials and work instructions

What are we looking for?

• A technical background or a strong affinity with technology
• Preferably an MBO-level education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, ElectricalEngineeringor a related field
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing or production is an advantage, but notrequired
• The ability to read technical drawings and work instructions, or the motivation to learn quickly
• Accuracy,structureand attention to quality
• A reliable team player who takes responsibility and can also work independently
• Confidence in working with tools and assembling both mechanical and electrical components
• A curious mindset, willingness to learn and the confidence to ask questions or report issues when necessary
