Job summary

Schuberg Philis is seeking an AI Python Engineer to turn AI potential into dependable products. You will work on retrieval systems, agentic workflows, knowledge platforms and AI-powered applications designed to endure beyond demos.

You’ll contribute to RAG platforms with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangGraph and vector search, and design Python services with APIs for production use. You will join a team that values craftsmanship, autonomy and curiosity, taking ownership from design to production and

Qualifications

You are a software engineer with focus on AI and production-grade systems.
Experience building production-grade Python software for AI-enabled applications.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs and retrieval-based systems.
Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain and Neo4j for knowledge platforms.

Responsibilities

Improve the quality of Retrieval-Augmented Generation platforms using AI technologies and vector search.
Design Python services and build APIs for scalable AI applications.
Develop knowledge assistants with Neo4j and GraphRAG techniques.
Automate operational processes with agentic workflows and scalable pipelines.
Build intelligent search across thousands of documents and systems for engineers.
