Job summary

Schuberg Philis is seeking a Platform Engineer for its central Data & AI team. You will build foundations for engineers to develop, deploy and operate AI workloads safely and efficiently, bridging the gap between promising tech and production reality.

Responsibilities include designing self-service platform capabilities, operationalizing AI related databases and model serving, and ensuring observability and security across production AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building Kubernetes-based environments.
• Automation at scale in production environments.
• Operationalize AI workloads in production.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and CI/CD.
• Experience with observability and security in production.

Responsibilities

• Design self-service platform capabilities using Kubernetes, Terraform and GitOps.
• Operationalize graph and vector databases and model serving workloads.
• Improve observability of AI systems in production.
• Integrate OpenAI or Anthropic-based services into the platform.
• Operationalize LangGraph workloads on Kubernetes.
• Enable GraphRAG architectures powered by Neo4j.
• Design deployment patterns so AI services meet production standards.
