Job summary

Schuberg Philis is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and operate scalable AI-enabled platforms. You’ll build foundations for engineers to develop, deploy and run AI workloads safely and efficiently, focusing on Kubernetes-based platforms, automation, observability, and secure production readiness.

You will join the central Data & AI team in the Netherlands, bridging platform engineering, software engineering and AI to deliver trustworthy, autonomous platforms that empower teams to move

Qualifications

• Experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, or distributed systems.
• Extensive hands-on with Kubernetes-based, cloud-native environments and automation.
• Experience with Terraform, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design self-service platform capabilities using Kubernetes, Terraform and GitOps principles.
• Operationalize graph and vector databases, and enable model serving workloads.
• Improve the observability of AI systems running in production.
• Integrate OpenAI or Anthropic-based services into our platform.
• Operationalize LangGraph workloads on Kubernetes.
• Enable GraphRAG architectures powered by Neo4j.
