Start People zoekt een productiemedewerker Finishing voor een internationaal bedrijf in Groenlo. Je inspecteert met een microscoop en zorgt voor perfecte afwerking van hoogwaardige metalen onderdelen, met focus op nauwkeurigheid en conformiteit aan strikte kwaliteitsnormen.

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag, 32–40 uur per week, en krijgt een marktconform salaris. Daarnaast zijn reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantiegeld en een moderne, collegiale werkomgeving onderdeel van het pakket.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Wat je gaat doen

A small metal component is lying on your workbench. Using a microscope, you inspect it to ensure that it has been finished correctly. Do you spot a small imperfection? You make sure it is removed with great precision. As a Production Worker in Finishing, you will work with high-quality metal components that must meet strict quality standards down to the smallest detail. You will use specialised equipment and follow established procedures. Good concentration, hand-eye coordination and attention to detail are essential for this role.

• Finishing metal components;
• Deburring components and removing small imperfections;
• Carefully finishing products to the required standard;
• Inspecting components using a microscope;
• Identifying and reporting any defects;
• Working together with colleagues throughout the production process.
• In this role, precision is more important than speed. You will work with concentration and take the time needed to ensure that every product meets the required standards.You will work Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. To 4:15 p.m. You must be available to work at least 32 hours per week, although 40 hours per week is preferred.
