Job summary

Bolton in Goes, NL is seeking a Product Safety & Compliance Specialist to join the PSRA Team in the Adhesives unit. The role focuses on ensuring chemicals comply with regulations and translating legal requirements into practical actions.

You will monitor legislation, support chemical changes, contribute to authorization processes, maintain compliance tools and respond to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Natural Science or Process Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience with chemical legislation and chemical product safety.
• Good level of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement changes in chemical legislation for products and formulations.
• Support the process of legal changes of chemicals by identifying and communicating relevant developments.
• Contribute to the internal chemical authorization process.
• Maintain and update compliance tools.
• Answer customer inquiries in the area of chemical legislation.

We are looking for Product Safety & Compliance Specialist to join our PSRA Team in our Adhesives Business Unit based in Netherlands.

By ensuring our products comply with all relevant chemical regulations, you play a key role in guaranteeing product safety and maintaining customer trust. You translate complex legal requirements into clear, practical actions. From creating and maintaining compliance tools to authorization processes and customer inquiries.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

• Monitor and implement changes in chemical legislation for products & formulations
• support the process of legal changes of chemicals by identifying and communication relevant legal developments
• Contribute to the internal chemical authorization process
• Maintain and update compliance tools
• Answering customer inquiries in the area of chemical legislation related topics

Your Team

You will report to the PSRA Manager and work closely together with the teams in the plants in Netherlands and Germany.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Education: bachelor o degree in Chemistry, Natural Science or Process Engineering
• Work Experience: more then 2 years of experience with chemical legislation and chemical product safety
• Language: Good level of Dutch and English
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments and external partners
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
