Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Product & Packaging Buyer for our Home and BeautyTech category to strengthen the Sourcing team. You will source, develop and deliver formulas and packaging that meet Rituals' premium standards while balancing cost, timeline and quality.

This role collaborates with Innovation, Supply Chain and Quality to bring ideas to life and ensure successful product launches. You will build long-term supplier partnerships, safeguard capacity and sustainability, and influence

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in cosmetics procurement, packaging, product development or contract manufacturing.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, procurement, supply chain or related field.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and support for key commercial negotiations.
• Prepare and present supplier panels and award recommendations for NPD aligned with sourcing strategy.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers for NPD and manage capacity and timelines for flawless product launches.
• Ensure sourcing choices meet sustainability, quality and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with Innovation, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory and Impact teams.
