Rabobank is seeking a Product Owner for Secure Software Quality & Scanning within Tech4Dev. You will define and execute vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise quality engineering capabilities, aligning Engineering, Product, Architecture, DevOps and Leadership.

Key domains include Performance Engineering, Contract Testing & Quality Governance, driving standards and measurable adoption while balancing security, risk and cost across technology stacks.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering Leadership or Quality Engineering.
• Experience managing strategic technology capabilities, product roadmaps and adoption in enterprise environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish a clear capability strategy, product vision and roadmap with agreed adoption targets, KPIs and engineering metrics
• Improve engineering productivity, quality reporting, compliance coverage and traceability across the relevant capabilities
• Advance earlier performance-risk detection, observability adoption, reliability practices and contract-testing coverage

Product Owner Secure Software Quality & Scanning

• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,030 and EUR 7,183 (scale 09)for a 36-hour work week.

You & your role

As Product Manager for Quality Engineering practice within Tech4Dev, you define and execute the vision, strategy, roadmap and adoption of enterprise quality engineering capabilities. You connect Engineering, Product, Architecture, DevOps and Leadership.

The role key domains including Performance Engineering (performance testing, reliability, capacity, and scalability) and Contract Testing & Quality Governance (contract and API testing, integration testing, traceability, test automation, governance, and modern quality engineering practices), driving consistent standards and high-quality delivery across all technology stacks.

You manage these capabilities as products and services, focusing on measurable outcomes, value realisation and adoption. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on stakeholder engagement to ensure our scanning products continuously evolve to support engineering productivity while meeting strict security and compliance expectations.

• At least 7 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering Leadership, Quality Engineering
• Experience managing strategic technology capabilities, product roadmaps and adoption in services in enterprise environments
• Strong strategic and systems thinking, data-driven decision-making, communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, build communities and drive organisational change
• Knowledge of performance engineering, observability, reliability, contract and API testing, traceability, test automation or test governance
• Experience with JMeter, Grafana, LoadRunner, OpenTelemetry, SmartBear PactFlow, KONG or Azure Test Plans is an advantage
• Understanding of emerging technology opportunities, including AI enablement, is an advantage
• Affinity for GenAI-driven developer tooling and automation
