Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Product Owner for an AI-focused enterprise knowledge graph project in Amsterdam. You will define the vision, roadmap and delivery priorities for a new knowledge graph platform, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver measurable value in line with the company wide AI strategy.

You will collaborate with solution architects, data engineers and AI specialists to shape platform capabilities, prioritise features and guide adoption across the organisation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in data/AI domains.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms or knowledge graphs.
• Strong knowledge of AI, NLP, document intelligence or information retrieval.

This is an opportunity to lead the architecture of a strategically important AI and data programme within a globally recognised professional services organisation. You will play a key role in transforming a vast repository of unstructured knowledge into a scalable, intelligent platform that delivers real business value. The Role

As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap and delivery priorities for a new enterprise knowledge graph platform. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, knowledge management teams and technical delivery teams, you will ensure the solution delivers measurable value while supporting the organisation\'s broader AI strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning and driving the product roadmap for the enterprise knowledge graph platform
• Translating business, knowledge management and user requirements into a clear product backlog and delivery plan
• Working closely with architects, engineers and data teams to define and prioritise platform capabilities
• Defining use cases, user journeys and success metrics that maximise adoption and business impact
• Leading stakeholder engagement across business, technology and leadership teams
• Prioritising features and enhancements based on business value, user feedback and strategic objectives
• Supporting the development of AI-enabled capabilities that leverage the knowledge graph ecosystem
• Driving product delivery, change management and user adoption across the organisation
• Ensuring governance, data quality and platform standards align with business requirements
• Acting as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle

Your Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role within data, AI or knowledge management programmes
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms, knowledge management solutions, search products or knowledge graph initiatives
• Strong understanding of knowledge graphs, semantic technologies and data-driven products
• Experience working closely with Solution Architects, Data Engineers and AI teams to deliver complex technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and prioritisation frameworks
• Knowledge of AI, NLP, document intelligence, search or information retrieval solutions is highly beneficial
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product management best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
• Experience operating within large, complex organisations and managing competing stakeholder priorities
