Job summary

QLS is building a leading logistics platform for e-commerce. As Product Owner, you’ll own part of my.QLS, focusing on WMS, OMS and warehouse automation, working with a global team across Alblasserdam, the UK and other locations.

You’ll shape problems into pitches, manage backlogs in Jira/Confluence, and drive AI-enabled features from concept to live use with internal teams and B2B customers.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable product role.
• Experience with Shape Up is a plus; you have the drive to pick it up quickly.
• You already use AI daily in your work.
• Basic knowledge of Figma.
• Comfortable in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical and pragmatic. You make decisions based on data and common sense.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus given HQ and team setup.
• Affinity with e-commerce, logistics, fulfilment or warehouse automation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a clearly defined part of my.QLS and decide with stakeholders what to build and why.
• Work according to Shape Up: shape problems, fix scope, keep the team focused.
• Use AI as a core component of your product and work; apply AI to warehouse flows and logistics features.
• Collaborate day-to-day with developers, designers and stakeholders from operations, sales and customer success.
• Sketch wireframes and flows in Figma and manage backlog in Jira/Confluence.
• Steer on impact, balancing roadmap with details.
