Job summary

StaffingBird is seeking a Product Owner to lead an integration product area in a B2B SaaS setting. You will shape the roadmap, translate customer workflows into integration specs, and drive AI-enabled automation across enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with engineering, customers, and external partners to improve API discoverability and adoption while tracking KPIs like data accuracy and time-to-value. The role is hybrid in Randstad, Netherlands, with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Owner/Manager delivering integrations in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Hands-on knowledge of API design, REST APIs, and webhooks.
• Ability to map customer workflows and create technical specifications and data mappings.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems such as scheduling, HR, expense, or ERP/accounting.
• Experience measuring adoption, time-to-value and workflow automation outcomes.
• Excellent English communication across technical and business teams.

• Define and track KPIs, including integration performance, data accuracy, adoption, and reduced manual work.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering integrations, onboarding, or API/platform products in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Hands‑on knowledge of API design, REST APIs, and webhooks.
• Ability to independently map customer workflows and create clear technical specifications and data mappings.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems, such as scheduling, HR, expense, or ERP/accounting platforms.
• Experience measuring customer adoption, time-to-value, and workflow automation outcomes.
• Excellent English communication skills across technical and business teams.
