Job summary

Awin is hiring a Product Operations Lead in Amsterdam to own the product and portfolio operating model for Product & Technology. You’ll lead a team of Product Operations Managers and collaborate with Delivery Operations and Technical Program Management to align strategy, planning and governance.

Fluent English is essential; experience in SaaS planning and data-driven decision making is required. The role offers a hybrid/remote work setup with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and running planning and portfolio models at scale.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven track record of leading a small team.
• Experience in SaaS product development.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and portfolio operating model. Set the direction for planning cadences, prioritisation and governance.
• Define what a ready opportunity looks like and ensure downstream quality entering delivery.
• Lead and develop the Product Operations team and coach colleagues.
• Deliver improvements through hands-on design and implementation of intake routes and planning cadences.
• Partner with Delivery Operations and Technical Program Management to reinforce systems.
• Make value visible with clear metrics and cross-team communication.
