Product Marketing Manager – Interventional Cardiology
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning and commercial development of an innovative software portfolio within interventional cardiology.
The portfolio spans an established challenger product, products currently in development and future roadmap solutions. A central focus will be helping introduce a new software-led approach to clinical decision-making and workflow within the cath lab, including CT-guided PCI.
This is not a traditional marketing role focused solely on established products or individual campaigns. You will help shape a clinical care pathway that is still emerging, translate complex clinical and technical concepts into a compelling market story, and position multiple software solutions as part of one connected interventional cardiology platform.
The role combines upstream product marketing with hands‑on downstream execution. You will work closely with clinical, product, commercial and leadership teams while personally driving messaging, launches, campaigns, events, presentations and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product marketing strategy for a portfolio of interventional cardiology software solutions across different stages of maturity.
- Build a clear platform narrative that connects individual products through a common clinical, technological and commercial value proposition.
- Shape the positioning of software‑led workflows that challenge traditional cath‑lab practices and established hardware‑ or disposable‑led approaches.
- Translate complex clinical evidence, technology and workflow changes into clear and compelling messaging for physicians, cath‑lab teams, commercial stakeholders and other healthcare audiences.
- Develop go‑to‑market strategies for new products, indications, features and clinical applications.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, congresses, educational initiatives, sales activities and thought‑leadership content.
- Own both strategic planning and hands‑on delivery, including presentations, marketing materials, event content, digital campaigns and product communications.
- Partner closely with sales teams to understand their commercial reality and provide practical messaging, tools, training and collateral that support customer conversations.
- Gather customer, clinical, market and competitor insights to identify unmet needs and guide positioning, prioritisation and roadmap decisions.
- Work cross‑functionally with product management, clinical, sales, regulatory and leadership teams to ensure consistent and credible market communication.
- Present strategies, product stories and campaign outcomes confidently to internal leadership, clinical stakeholders and external audiences.
- Measure the commercial and marketing impact of campaigns and events and use these insights to improve future activities.
- Prioritise effectively across a demanding portfolio, balancing immediate commercial needs with longer‑term platform development.
Candidate Profile
You are a confident and commercially minded product marketer who understands that introducing clinical software requires more than promoting a product. You can build belief in a new workflow, explain why established practices should change and give sales teams a story they can confidently take to customers.
You combine strategic thinking with a willingness to execute. You are comfortable moving between market strategy, clinical messaging, sales enablement, events, digital content and presentation development without relying heavily on external agencies.
You communicate with credibility and energy, enjoy sharing knowledge and are comfortable taking the lead in front of an audience. At the same time, you work collaboratively, leave your ego aside and operate effectively within a close‑knit team.
- Demonstrated product marketing experience within MedTech, healthcare technology or another clinically regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology, PCI procedures or cath‑lab workflows.
- Experience developing product positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Affinity with clinical software, digital health or software‑enabled medical technologies.
- Experience introducing a new product, technology, workflow or care pathway into a clinical environment.
- Proven ownership of integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Ability to translate complex clinical and technical information into clear commercial narratives.
- Strong sales empathy and experience developing practical sales‑enablement tools, messaging and training.
- Confident presentation and storytelling skills, including experience presenting to senior, commercial or clinical audiences.
- A hands‑on and entrepreneurial approach suited to a growing organisation with short communication lines.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
