Job summary

Nedap is seeking a Product Manager for iD Cloud Store to translate retailer needs into roadmap priorities. You will speak with customers and store staff, turning insights into concrete product directions and decisions.

You will work with development and success teams across borders to ensure scalable, value-driven outcomes. You will explore how to make store operations more configurable and data-driven, helping the platform provide context to store associates and decisions.

Qualifications

Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or comparable role within software or technology.
Direct experience working with customers or users and turning learnings into product decisions.
Ability to identify scalable solutions across multiple customers and products.
Sufficient technical affinity to work with software development teams and understand trade-offs.
Fluent English due to an international customer base.

Responsibilities

Discover what matters by speaking with retailers and store associates and uncovering underlying problems.
Translate customer patterns into product problems, hypotheses, and potential solutions.
Test ideas early using conversations, concepts, and prototypes to validate fit with how people work.
Shape product direction by combining insights with iD Cloud store priorities and roadmap.
Collaborate with development, customer success, and other teams to bring context to technical decisions.
